I made a few phone calls, and just got a call back. They have found the other driver 100% at fault, and I new get a new front bumper at his expense.
Glad this stupid ordeal is almost over.

Shouldn't be that bad as its just a few scratches in the front bumper, and I don't really care because it will eventually be replaced with a winch bumper. I get my old bumper back, a replacement bumper, and a rental car while its being fixed.

ebay that shit and fund your winch bumper. Or instead ask them just for the money to do it yourself and go buy said winch bumper, they're normally cheaper than OEM.

They won't just give you a check? Every minor accident I've been they've cut me a check and didn't care what I did with it. So I fixed it as I saw fit (not at all) using my money wisely ( I paid for insurance for a year one time)

I completely agree with this.

Nope. It has to either be done by them or an approved facility, but w/e. I get my damaged bumper back, and the brand new one, which can easily be sold for good $.
Maybe even enough for my lift kit and front bumper.
